Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi to Aberdare National park.

Upon arrival, a driver guide will meet and greet you at the JKIA airport and give you an overview of your safari. Following the introductions, you will head over to Aberdare National Park. You arrive at the Aberdare Country Club, your base hotel, in time for lunch after a three-hour trip. About 190 kilometers from Nairobi, on the foothills of Mweiga Hill, sits the Aberdare Country Club. You will be taken to the Ark Tree Lodge, which is inside the park, after lunch. Here, you may enjoy the luxury of the hotel and the security of your balcony while seeing wildlife. The following animals can be found in this park: Cape Buffaloes, Suni, Side-Striped Jackal, Eland, Duikers Olive Baboon, Black and White Colobus Monkey, African Hunting Dog, Lion, Leopard, African Elephant, Giant Forest Hog, Bushbuck, Mountain Reedbuck, Waterbuck, and Sykes Monkey. The Golden Cat and the Bongo, an elusive woodland antelope that inhabits the bamboo forest, are two less common sightings. Drive back to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Aberdare to Ol pejeta Conservancy.

After enjoying your breakfast, you will head to the well-known Ol Pejeta Conservancy at Sweet Waters.
The opulent ranch and the Sweet waters property, the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, were formerly owned by renowned multimillionaire Adnan Kashoggi. You get to the lodge or camp in time for lunch. Following lunch, you begin your tour by going to the Chimpanzee Sanctuary, a quaint sanctuary created by the Jane Goodall Institute to house orphaned chimpanzees, and the highly fenced-in and protected Black rhino Refuge, home to forty magnificent individuals! With the highest game-to-area ratio of any park or reserve in Kenya, this conservancy offers exceptional opportunities for observing wildlife. In addition, the camp features a salt lick and private waterhole, so you can expect never-before-seen proximity. Sweet Waters is sure to please, whether you choose to go on game drives, comel rides, track lions, or just unwind by the pool.

Day 3: Ol Pejete Conservancy to lake Nakuru national park.

Enjoy your breakfast and depart for Nakuru national park. You will make a quick stop near the equator and Thomson Falls on route. You will get to the lodge in time for lunch. Following lunch, you have a game where you will get to see quite a big number of wildlife such as the lions, cheetah, leopards, chimpanzees, black rhinoceros and so many others. Drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru to Maasai Mara.

Enjoy your morning breakfast and drive to Masai Mara early in the morning passing through the stunning Naivasha flower farms. Depart Lake Nakuru. After arriving, you will check into your lodge, enjoy lunch, and unwind before embarking on your first exhilarating evening game drive in the Masai Mara game reserve, one of the most popular safari destinations in East Africa. The Mara reserve spans 1510 km2, following the meandering paths of the Mara and Talek rivers in Kenya, and features breathtaking, expansive vistas and lush reverie forests. Its allure may be seen with a single glance; it’s an ordinary wide savannah with an abundance of spectacular fauna. After your initial exploration of Masai Mara, you will have dinner and unwind beneath the stars, dozing out to the sounds of the surrounding bush.

Day 5: Maasai mara.

Enjoy your morning breakfast and go on a full-day game drive in this excellent reserve. The Big Five in Africa as well as the abundance of other animals that calls this game reserve home can be found on the game drives. The Mara delivers breathtaking sunsets with an orange tint that are well worth photographing on clear days. Numerous species, including the Masai giraffe, baboons, warthogs, bat-eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyena, Topis, Impala, Hartebeests, and wildebeest, can be seen everywhere throughout the enormous Masai Mara. There are also large populations of African cape buffaloes, zebras, hippos, and Savannah elephants. Black-manned lions are also frequently observed either savoring the aftermath of a hearty meal or scanning the plains in search of their next meal. Although they are fairly widespread, leopards are typically nocturnal. Additionally, you will be transported to a maasai village for a cultural excursion. From there, drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Maasai Mara to Nairobi.

Enjoy your morning breakfast and park up your luggage to embark on your journey from maasai mara to Nairobi where you will catch your flight back home. This will mark the end of your safari.

The trip will start from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to Aberdare National Park to Ol Pejeta Conservancy to Lake Nakuru National Park to Maasai Mara National Reserve and you will be dropped off at your hotel in Nairobi or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport after the trip.
