Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi City/ JKIA – Aberdare National Park.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed and greeted by your guide who will brief you and immediately transport you to Aberdare National Park with your packed lunch. Enjoy your enroute lunch and in a few hours you will be arriving to the park. Check in as you organize for your evening game drive where you will see more than 250 different bird species, including the critically endangered Aberdare cisticola, Jackson’s spurfowl, sparrowhawk, African goshawk, African fish eagle, sunbirds, and plovers. A significant population of eastern black rhinoceroses also calls the sanctuary home. Drive back to the lodge for your dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Aberdare National Park – Ol Pejeta Conservancy/ Sweet waters.

Enjoy your breakfast and travel to Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Nanyuki from Aberdare national park with your packed lunch. Arrive in the late evening, get prepared for your evening game drive where you will see quite a big number of animals such as lions, leopards, elephants and so many others. Drive back to your lodge where you checked in for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Ol Pejeta Conservancy/ Sweetwaters – Lake Nakuru National Park.

After having breakfast in the morning, you will head to Lake Nakuru National Park, with your packed lunch which is among Kenya’s top national parks because it has a soda lake from the Rift Valley. Take a wildlife drive at Lake Nakuru Park after lunch. This park is renowned for being a bird lover’s paradise due to the large number of species that call it home. Over 400 different bird species can be found in Lake Nakuru Kenya Park, including flamingos that inhabit the park’s savannah grasslands and the lake itself. Other birds like the African Fish Eagle, Rüppell’s robin-chat, Long-tailed widowbird, Rufous-throated wryneck, Montane white-eye, Red-capped lark, Northern puffback, and Shining sunbird, among many others can also be observed while in this park. Drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight sleep.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru National Park – Maasai Mara National Reserve.

Enjoy your morning breakfast and embark on your journey from lake Nakuru national park to Maasai Mara national park home to the Big Five (Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo, and Rhino) together with your packed lunch. The Park is renowned for its breathtaking great wildebeest migration. Arrive in the evening, check in, and get ready for your evening game drive where you will see quite a big number of animals including the lions, elephants, rhinos, leopards and so many others.
Experience the thrills of the Masai Mara National Reserve within the Mara Eco system, which encompasses the Mara triangle and many conservancies such as Ol Chorro Oirowua, Ol Derkesi, Lemek, Maji Moto, Siana, Olkinyei, Naikara, Koiyaki, and North Mara. Along with the Serengeti National Park in northern Tanzania, Masai Mara National Reserve is a component of the Greater Eco-System. Drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Maasai Mara National Reserve.

Enjoy your breakfast very early in the morning and get into your safari car with your packed lunch to get ready for your full day game viewing in the reserve today. In southwest Kenya, near the Tanzanian border, is the Maasai Mara National Reserve, a section of unspoiled savannah landscape. Beautiful grasslands and acacia forests surround the Mara Triangle, which is a great place to go on a wildlife drive. It borders the Mara River. Most people’s first exposure to the Mara is probably through the annual Great Migration. More than 1.5 million antelopes, zebras, and wildebeest flock to the Mara during these months from the Serengeti in quest of food and water, leaving the yellow savannah studded with black spots. Drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight sleep.

Day 6: Masai Mara National Reserve – Lake Naivasha Park.

Once you have had breakfast, drive south through the town of Naivasha and around the lake’s southernmost point, via the flower farms, to the Hell’s Gate National Park entrance. Shortly after you reach the park, an amazing semi-arid world with steep, rocky cliffs, wide grasslands, and hidden, deep gorges opens up in front of you. A boat excursion through hippos’ colonies in the afternoon, available for an additional fee, offers the best view of Lake Naivasha. You can choose from a variety of activities at Hell’s Gate, such as hiking through the gorge among the geysers, cycling, rock climbing, and bird watching. After a picnic lunch, head to your lodging on Lake Naivasha in the middle of the day for a well-earned cool drink and a hot shower.

Day 7: Lake Naivasha Park – Amboseli National Park.

After breakfast in the morning, we will travel from lake Naivasha park to Amboseli national park which is located on the plains under Mount Kilimanjaro. Continue with your journey as you enjoy the neighboring magnificent attractions such as mountain Kilimanjaro. Enjoy your enroute lunch and finally in a few hours you will be arriving to the park. Check in and prepare for your evening game drive where you will see animals like different herds of gorgeous elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos, cheetahs, buffalo. Make sure you get perfect photos for your future remembrance. You will eventually drive back to your hotel.

Day 8: Amboseli National Park.

Getting up early allows you to prepare breakfast. You will have a packed lunch for today’s full-day game drive. Get into your safari car to get ready for your game drive around the park, looking for some of its most well-known inhabitants, such as the predators, and their rivals, the giraffe, zebra, and wildebeest. With its great elephant sightings in the large marshy area and its breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro (Observation Hill offers the best vistas), Amboseli National Park is one of Kenya’s most popular wildlife attractions. Save the picture-perfect scene of a sizable herd of large, ivory elephants against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 9: Amboseli National Park – Nairobi City.

Enjoy your morning breakfast, pack up your luggage and get into the car to start off your journey from Amboseli national park to Nairobi where you will get to the airport to catch your flight back home.
